A-D Technologies acquires Bore Flex, Industries

KNOXVILLE, TENN.   January 2011 –  A-D Technologies, a portfolio company of Audax Group, has acquired the assets of Bore Flex, Industries (“Bore Flex”). Based in Mountain Grove, MO, Bore Flex manufactures HDPE pipes and conduits serving the telecom, power, and pressure pipe segments. Bore Flex has facilities in Mountain Grove, MO; Tennille and Sandersville, GA; and a distribution center in Ft. Myers, FL.

A-D Technologies will integrate Bore Flex into its current US regional operations with headquarters in Knoxville, TN. A-D Technologies was formed in March 2007 through the merger of Dura-Line and Arnco. The company operates worldwide under its flagship Dura-Line brand. “This acquisition will position us to better serve our customers, strengthen our footprint in the US, and broaden our product offering for the pressure pipe market.” commented Paresh Chari, President and CEO of A-D Technologies.
