Paresh Chari

Paresh Chari, President and Chief Executive Officer and Director has over 16 years’ experience with Dura-Line. At Dura-Line Mr. Chari has spurred aggressive growth and created value through various ownership changes including the acquisition of Dura-Line by CHS Capital in January 2012.  Mr. Chari has held executive positions in Fortune 500 companies including Emerson Electric, Ameritech Corporation and Kellogg Brown & Root (a Halliburton Company). At Ameritech, Mr. Chari held several senior level positions including Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a large division managing a 5 state operation in the Midwest. Mr. Chari has significant experience in running both U.S. and international operations. He led Dura-Line through its merger with ARNCO Corporation in 2007, a new joint venture and greenfield operation in Oman and the recent acquisitions of Bore Flex and PolyPipe in the U.S. and Nextube in South Africa. His prior experience includes launching and directing several mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and greenfield operations in the U.S. and in various other countries including China, India, Brazil, Spain, Malaysia, Mexico, the Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Canada.

Mr. Chari has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and masters and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and National Institute of Technology, respectively.  He has completed executive strategy programs at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
 

Wayne Byrne

Executive Vice President
& Chief Financial Officer

Wayne Byrne, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary joined Dura-Line in November 2009 as our Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Byrne’s career spans over 23 years with significant experience in international operations, finance, mergers and acquisitions and public filing and reporting requirements. Prior to joining Dura-Line, Mr. Byrne served as Chief Financial Officer of AGY Holding Corp., an international manufacturer of performance materials. While at AGY, Mr. Byrne successfully led the company through several acquisitions and an S-4 registration.  Before joining AGY, Mr. Byrne spent ten years at EnPro Industries, a publicly traded, diversified manufacturing company. Mr. Byrne held several senior level positions at EnPro, including Vice President, Corporate Controller and Divisional Chief Financial Officer, which included a three year expatriate assignment in Germany to integrate a global acquisition. Mr. Byrne holds a M.B.A. from the University of Florida.

Dale Wilson

Executive Vice President
of Global Sales & Marketing

Dale Wilson, Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing joined Dura-Line in January 2013.  He has over with 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry with 3 Blue Chip companies. In 2010, Dale joined General Electric as Global Sales Leader for Industrial Solutions, a division of GE Energy-Energy Management.  Prior to joining GE, Dale led the sales and service organization in the USA as Vice President for Siemens Energy & Automation division based in Atlanta GA.   Dale also served as Sales Vice President for Rockwell Automation Canada responsible for the sales, services and marketing organization. His leadership helped position Rockwell as the market leader in Canada.  He was born in Listowel, Ontario Canada and is a Certified Electronics Engineer and a graduate from Conestoga College in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada.

Vincent P. Dimino

Executive Vice President
of Global Operations

Vincent P. Dimino, Executive Vice President of Global Operations, joined Dura-Line in October, 2012. Mr. Dimino has over 27 years of domestic and international operations experience with extensive experience in Plastics and Chemicals industries including environmental, safety and health, development and optimization of production capability, process improvement, supply chain and logistics management and six sigma/lean. Prior to joining Dura-Line, Mr. Dimino served as Global Vice President of Operations for Momentive Specialty Chemical and before that as Chief Operations Officer for Momentive Performance Materials, Quartz and Ceramics Division, one of the top suppliers of materials to the semiconductor and photovoltaic industry. Mr. Dimino has held senior level positions at Tyco Plastics and Adhesives, Avery Dennison and Hargro Packaging. He received his B.S. in Technology and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester New York.

Michael S. Hilliard

Senior Vice President
of Global Human Resources

Michael S. Hilliard, SVP Global Human Resources joined Dura-Line in July of 2012.  Mr. Hilliard’s career spans over 25 years in human resources for both domestic and international manufacturing businesses where he developed strategy and transformed cultures in large corporate settings, emerging companies, and privately held entities.  Prior to joining Dura-Line, Mr. Hilliard was VP Human Resources for Prysmian Cables and Systems, USA, LLC from April 2010 to June 2012.  Before joining Prysmian Cables and Systems, Mr. Hilliard served as the VP Human Resources with privately held companies including Ames Taping Tools Systems, Inc. and Republic.  Mr. Hilliard has also held senior and mid-level management roles in several Fortune 500 companies including Crane Merchandising Systems; Mitsubishi Semiconductor America, Inc.; Hughes Aircraft Company; Lockheed Aircraft Service Company; and Rockwell International.  Mr. Hilliard holds a Master’s degree in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, and a B.B.A. from California State University, Northridge.

Manuel Aparicio Belver

Regional Director
Latin America

Manuel Aparicio Belver, Regional Director, Latin America has over 16 years of experience with Dura-Line. In 2012, Mr. Aparicio was promoted to our Regional Director for Latin America, which covers operations in South America, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Dura-Line Mexico. Mr. Aparicio directed the integration of Dura-Line and ARNCO operations in Mexico resulting from the merger of the two companies in 2007. Prior to joining Dura-Line, Mr. Aparicio was the Managing Director of Alto Carbono and Cablesa, a Mexican company which manufactures wire ropes and high carbon wire, and Managing Director of Protal, which is part of the Mabe and General Electric joint venture in Mexico. Mr. Aparicio has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and has completed courses in Quality, Inventory Management, Supply Chain and Administration.

Tibor Mikula

Regional Director
Europe & Africa

Tibor Mikula, Regional Director, Europe and Africa joined Dura-Line in 1991, to help drive Dura-Line’s expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Mikula was involved in the establishment of the current manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic. Mr. Mikula has 21 years of experience in sales and business development in the global telecom markets. Mr. Mikula was promoted to Regional Director in April 2009.  Prior to that Mr. Mikula was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Europe from February 2002 until April 2009, where he directed sales and marketing in Europe.  Mr. Mikula has a Masters-equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from Slovak Technical University.

Abraham George

Regional Director
Asia, Middle East & Pacific Rim

Abraham George joined Dura-Line on January 15, 2013, as Regional Director of Asia, Middle East and the Pacific Rim.  Mr. George has over 25 years of management experience.  He has been Managing Director/Business Head with SKF Sealing Solutions in Asia since 2004 in Bangalore, 3 years of which were spent in Shanghai.  Prior to SKF, Mr. George was with Ingersoll Rand for nearly 14 years in various capacities including General Manager, Air Solutions Group.  He also spent 4 years with the Gulf Commercial Group in Dubai.  

Mr. George has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore University and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University.  He has also attended a management development program conducted by the London Business School.
