Paresh Chari

President, Fluent Business Group
 

Paresh Chari, President, Fluent Business Group has over 20 years’ experience with Dura-Line and has been its President and Chief Executive Officer since 2005. Mr. Chari has held executive positions in Fortune 500 companies including Emerson Electric, Ameritech (AT&T) and Kellogg Brown & Root (a Halliburton Company). At Ameritech, Mr. Chari held several senior level positions including President for a large division. Mr. Chari has significant experience in running both U.S. and international operations. He led Dura-Line through its merger with ARNCO Corporation in 2007, a new joint venture and greenfield operation in Oman and the acquisition of Bore Flex and PolyPipe in the U.S. and Nextube in South Africa. His prior experience includes launching and directing several mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and greenfield operations in the U.S. and in various other countries including China, India, Brazil, Spain, Malaysia, Mexico, the Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Canada.

Mr. Chari has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and masters and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and National Institute of Technology, respectively. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has also completed executive strategy programs at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.  He attended the Directors College at Stanford University in 2013.  Mr. Chari has served on Dura-Line’s board of directors since 2005 and is the Chairman of the Board in various countries including the JV in Oman.  Mr. Chari has significant experience with private equity firms including Jordan Industries (Chicago); Sun Capital (Boca Raton); Audax (Boston) and CHS Capital (Chicago), who were all prior owners of Dura-Line.  He created value for all these firms.  Most recently he led the sale of Dura-Line from CHS Capital to Mexichem in September 2014.  He was also appointed President of Mexichem USA in addition to his current role as CEO of Dura-Line.
 

Emmanuelle Dubu

President, Fluent USA/Canada

Emmanuelle Dubu, President, Fluent USA/Canada, joined Dura-Line in July 2016.  Ms. Dubu's career includes over 25 years of diversified experience with two multinational companies and one Brazilian company: Tyco, Saint Gobain and Brassinter.  She has worked in Brazil, France, Italy, Spain and the United States, leading multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, directly and with matrix organizations.  Ms. Dubu was most recently Vice President of Engineering Flow at Pentair where she has worked since 2012, in charge of a global business of engineered pumps for water, sewage and fire protection applications.  From 2002 to 2012, she was the Managing Director of Pressure Management—Business Unit for Tyco International, a Worldwide Business Unit from Tyco Flow Control, in charge of the strategy, manufacturing and marketing of equipment for pressure relief and pressure control in industrial installations.  Her prior experience includes various leading positions in the 
water and sewage business for Saint Gobain Canalisation. Ms. Dubu holds a Metallurgist Engineering degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo in São Paulo, Brazil.
 

Wes Tomaszek

Executive Vice President
& CFO

Wes Tomaszek, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined Dura-Line in February 2014.  Mr.  Tomaszek’s career spans over 30 years with significant experience in financial management, international operations, business restructuring, operational excellence, and mergers and acquisitions.  Before joining Dura-Line, Mr. Tomaszek was Chief Financial Officer for JW Aluminum, a manufacturer of flat-rolled aluminum products, for 2 years.  Prior to that, Mr. Tomaszek spent 10 years with Tyco International,  6 years as Chief Financial Officer of Tyco’s Electrical and Metal Products Segment where he led several business restructuring and profitability improvement initiatives,  and 4 years as Vice-President of Finance for Tyco Healthcare’s Respiratory Division with significant involvement in organizational restructuring,  business acquisitions and related integrations.  Before Tyco, Mr. Tomaszek spent 15 years at Mallinckrodt Inc. and IMCERA Group, a manufacturer of pain relief pharmaceuticals, imaging agents, medical devices, and specialty chemicals in various financial leadership roles.  Mr. Tomaszek started his career in public accounting with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) after graduating from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Tomaszek holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Northwestern J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
 

Dale Wilson

Executive Vice President,
Sales and Marketing,
US & Canada

Dale Wilson, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, US & Canada, joined us in January 2013.  He has over 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry with 3 Blue Chip companies. In 2010, Dale joined General Electric as Global Sales Leader for Industrial Solutions, a division of GE Energy.  Prior to joining GE, Dale led the sales and service organization in the USA as Vice President for Siemens Energy & Automation division based in Atlanta GA.   Dale also served as Sales Vice President for Rockwell Automation Canada responsible for the sales, services and marketing. His leadership experience includes organization design, acquisition integration and channel development.  He was born in Listowel, Ontario Canada and is a Certified Electronics Engineer and a graduate from Conestoga College in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada.  
 

Ken Kovacs

Vice President,
Operations,
US & Canada

Ken Kovacs, Vice President of Operations, US and Canada has over 23 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.  From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Kovacs served as the Controller, Director and VP of Finance for Arnco Corporation in Elyria, Ohio.  In 2007, Dura-Line acquired Arnco, at which time Mr. Kovacs assumed the position of VP of Finance and then Corporate Controller.  Mr. Kovacs has worked closely with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain teams to help Dura-Line grow and now become part of Mexichem.  He has been instrumental in making Dura-Line one of the leading solution providers in the business.  Prior to Dura-Line he worked for Hausser & Taylor CPA in Cleveland, Ohio.  Mr. Kovacs is a Certified Public Accountant with a BSBA in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio.

Michael S. Hilliard

Senior Vice President
of Global HR and EHS

Michael S. Hilliard, SVP Global Human Resources joined Dura-Line in July of 2012.  Mr. Hilliard’s career spans over 25 years in human resources for both domestic and international manufacturing businesses where he developed strategy and transformed cultures in large corporate settings, emerging companies, and privately held entities.  Prior to joining Dura-Line, Mr. Hilliard was VP Human Resources for Prysmian Cables and Systems, USA, LLC from April 2010 to June 2012.  Before joining Prysmian Cables and Systems, Mr. Hilliard served as the VP Human Resources with privately held companies including Ames Taping Tools Systems, Inc. and Republic.  Mr. Hilliard has also held senior and mid-level management roles in several Fortune 500 companies including Crane Merchandising Systems; Mitsubishi Semiconductor America, Inc.; Hughes Aircraft Company; Lockheed Aircraft Service Company; and Rockwell International.  Mr. Hilliard holds a Master’s degree in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, and a B.B.A. from California State University, Northridge.

Tibor Mikula

Managing Director
Europe & South Africa

Tibor Mikula, Regional Director, Europe and South Africa joined Dura-Line in 1991, to help drive Dura-Line’s expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. Mikula was involved in the establishment of the current manufacturing facility in the Czech Republic. Mr. Mikula has 21 years of experience in sales and business development in the global telecom markets. Mr. Mikula was promoted to Regional Director in April 2009.  Prior to that Mr. Mikula was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Europe from February 2002 until April 2009, where he directed sales and marketing in Europe.  Mr. Mikula has a Masters-equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from Slovak Technical University.

Abraham George

Managing Director
Asia, Africa, Middle East & Pacific Rim

Abraham George joined Dura-Line on January 15, 2013, as Regional Director of Asia, Africa, Middle East and the Pacific Rim.  Mr. George has over 25 years of management experience.  He has been Managing Director/Business Head with SKF Sealing Solutions in Asia since 2004 in Bangalore, 3 years of which were spent in Shanghai.  Prior to SKF, Mr. George was with Ingersoll Rand for nearly 14 years in various capacities including General Manager, Air Solutions Group.  He also spent 4 years with the Gulf Commercial Group in Dubai.  

Mr. George has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore University and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University.  He has also attended a management development program conducted by the London Business School.
 

Timothy Grimsley

Senior Vice President, Global Business Development

Mr. Grimsley joined Dura-Line Corporation in 1995 where he served as Vice President, Business Development for Dura-Line for the Latin America region.  Mr. Grimsley later took over the function of Engineering for Dura-Line supporting R&D Departments, in the U.S. and Czech Republic, as well as the Field Support group. In 2003 Mr. Grimsley accepted the position as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for U.S. & Canada. He developed our next generation of MicroTechnology products and built our Technical Field Support team in the U.S. In 2013, Mr. Grimsley accepted the position as Vice President, Global Business Development to focus more time on Dura-Line’s growing global business while continuing to interface with key accounts within the U.S. & Canada. As Dura-Line's global business continues to expand, Mr. Grimsley was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Business Development in January 2015. Prior to Dura-Line, Mr. Grimsley spent 11 years and held various positions at NORTEL: Installation Manager, Engineering, Marketing and Sales Director, focusing on fiber optic cable and transmission systems in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to NORTEL, Mr. Grimsley worked for United Telephone. Mr. Grimsley has an Engineering Degree from ITI and the University of South Florida.

Webb Spradley

Senior Vice President
and General Counsel

Webb Spradley, Senior Vice President and General Counsel for both Mexichem USA and Dura-Line joined in February 2015.  From 2009 to 2015, he was of Counsel with Haynes and Boone, LLP, a Dallas-based law firm.  From 1999 to 2009, he was International Counsel for Trinity Industries, a publicly traded manufacturing company also based in Dallas.  His prior experience includes 7 years each as Vice President - Development for International Hospital Corporation and Vice President - International for Vari-Lite, Inc.  Prior to 1985, he served as a Foreign Service Officer the U.S. State Department in Cuba, Antigua and Japan.  Webb holds an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University, a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.  He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
