Oil & Gas Gathering

PressureFlex Oil & Gas Gathering pipe is made from PE 3408/3608 or PE 4710 high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin per ASTM D 3350. It is available in diameters from 3/4” to 16”, in dimension ratios (DR’s) from 7.0 to 32.5 and in coils through 6” diameter or in standard sticks of 20’, 40’ or 50’ lengths.

Oil & Gas Gathering
PressureFlex O&G gathering pipe is available in either PE 3408/3608 or PE 4710 per ASTM D 3350 and is available in black, black with a yellow stripe or yellow shell for easy identification. PressureFlex O&G gathering pipe meets ASTM D 2513 and American Petroleum Institute API 15LE for HDPE oil patch gas pipe applications.

PressureFlex for Water Transfer
Available in either PE3408/3608 or PE4710 per ASTM D 3350 and is available in black color UV protected for above ground use. PressureFlex for water transfer applications is pressure rated and made to ASTM D 3035 for 3” and smaller diameters and ASTM F 714 for 4” and larger diameters. PressureFlex HDPE pipe is ideally suited for the environmental demands placed on the piping system for this application.

CableCon Cable in Conduit (CIC)
CableCon CIC is a PE 3608 HDPE conduit system made in accordance with ASTM D 3485 and supplied in continuous lengths on reels with the power or control type cables pre-installed during the extrusion process. CIC is available with conduit up to 3” diameter. CIC can be customized with single or multiple cables factory installed, designed to your specific equipment’s power or control requirements. Labor savings is the key with CIC ideally suited for quick installation of power cables and control cables used for operating and monitoring pump jacks and other field equipment requiring power. CableCon CIC is well suited for any of the standard installation methods including plowing, trenching or horizontal directional drilling and will provide superior cable protection before, during and after installation.
