Dura-Line is part of Mexichem, one of the biggest producers of plastic pipe and connections worldwide and one of the largest chemical and petrochemical companies in Latin America.

Mexichem serves a wide spectrum of industries through three main business groups: Fluent, Vinyl, and Fluor. Dura-Line operates in the Mexichem Fluent Business Group, which is a collection of global brands that provide infrastructure solutions worldwide. Fluent Products make invisible connections that drive data pathways, water management, earth stability, and the transport of natural gas.

Paresh Chari

Dura-Line Corporation

Chairman of the Board of Dura-Line Corporation since October 2018. Co-leads Mexichem’s transformation process with its CEO. Also serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for Wavin (Netherlands) and Netafim (Israel). From January 2016 to October 2018, was President of Mexichem’s Fluent Group, which combined 3 companies acquired in various geographies and different platforms into a $3+ billion group. Was President and CEO of Dura-Line Corporation from 1998 to 2016. Mexichem acquired Dura-Line in September 2014. Prior to Dura-Line, held executive positions in Fortune 500 companies: Ameritech (AT&T), Kellogg Brown & Root (Halliburton) and Emerson. Earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and masters and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and National Institute of Technology in India, respectively. He is also a C.P.A. Completed Directors’ College certification program at Stanford in 2013 and executive programs at Harvard and Northwestern.

Peter Hajdu

Peter Hajdu is President of the Dura-Line Business Group. Dura-Line was originally integrated into the Fluent Business Group after being acquired by Mexichem in 2014. Peter joined Mexichem in 2018 to lead the Dura-Line group. Previously, he held multiple executive positions in Cisco’s EMEA and emerging markets operations. Prior to Cisco, he was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, serving clients in the chemicals, automotive, airline and banking sectors. Peter is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he obtained his MBA and Management of Technology degree.


Wes Tomaszek

Vice President, Finance
Fluent US & Canada

Wes Tomaszek, former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dura-Line Corporation, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance for Fluent US & Canada, joined Dura-Line in February 2014.  Mr.  Tomaszek’s career spans over 30 years with significant experience in financial management, international operations, business restructuring, operational excellence, and mergers and acquisitions.  Before joining Dura-Line, Mr. Tomaszek was Chief Financial Officer for JW Aluminum, a manufacturer of flat-rolled aluminum products, for 2 years.  Prior to that, Mr. Tomaszek spent 10 years with Tyco International,  6 years as Chief Financial Officer of Tyco’s Electrical and Metal Products Segment where he led several business restructuring and profitability improvement initiatives,  and 4 years as Vice-President of Finance for Tyco Healthcare’s Respiratory Division with significant involvement in organizational restructuring,  business acquisitions and related integrations.  Before Tyco, Mr. Tomaszek spent 15 years at Mallinckrodt Inc. and IMCERA Group, a manufacturer of pain relief pharmaceuticals, imaging agents, medical devices, and specialty chemicals in various financial leadership roles.  Mr. Tomaszek started his career in public accounting with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) after graduating from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Tomaszek holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Northwestern J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Dale Wilson

Vice President Sales,
Fluent US & Canada

Dale Wilson, former Executive Vice President of Sales, Dura-Line Corporation, current Vice President of Sales for Fluent US & Canada, joined Dura-Line in January 2013.  He has over with 30 years’ experience in the electrical industry with 3 Blue Chip companies. In 2010, Dale joined General Electric as Global Sales Leader for Industrial Solutions, a division of GE Energy-Energy Management.  Prior to joining GE, Dale led the sales and service organization in the USA as Vice President for Siemens Energy & Automation division based in Atlanta GA.   Dale also served as Sales Vice President for Rockwell Automation Canada responsible for the sales, services and marketing organization. His leadership helped position Rockwell as the market leader in Canada.  He was born in Listowel, Ontario Canada and is a Certified Electronics Engineer and a graduate from Conestoga College in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario, Canada.

Michael S. Hilliard

Michael S. Hilliard, former SVP Global Human Resources, current Vice President Human Resources for Fluent US and Canada and Global Business Partner for Fluent Business Group for Human Resources,  joined Dura-Line in July of 2012.  Mr. Hilliard’s career spans over 25 years in human resources for both domestic and international manufacturing businesses where he developed strategy and transformed cultures in large corporate settings, emerging companies, and privately held entities.  Prior to joining Dura-Line, Mr. Hilliard was VP Human Resources for Prysmian Cables and Systems, USA, LLC for 2 years.  Before joining Prysmian Cables and Systems, Mr. Hilliard served as the VP Human Resources with privately held companies including Ames Taping Tools Systems, Inc. and Republic.  Mr. Hilliard has also held senior and mid-level management roles in several Fortune 500 companies including Crane Merchandising Systems; Mitsubishi Semiconductor America, Inc.; Hughes Aircraft Company; Lockheed Aircraft Service Company; and Rockwell International.  Mr. Hilliard holds a Master’s degree in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, and a B.B.A. from California State University, Northridge.

Abraham George

President, Fluent
Asia, Africa, Middle East (AMEA)

Abraham George, former Managing Director of Asia, Middle East and the Pacific Rim for Dura-Line Corporation, current President for the Fluent Asia, Africa, and Middle East (AMEA), joined Dura-Line on January 15, 2013.  Mr. George has over 25 years of management experience.  He has been Managing Director/Business Head with SKF Sealing Solutions in Asia since 2004 in Bangalore, 3 years of which were spent in Shanghai.  Prior to SKF, Mr. George was with Ingersoll Rand for nearly 14 years in various capacities including General Manager, Air Solutions Group.  He also spent 4 years with the Gulf Commercial Group in Dubai.  Mr. George has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore University and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai University.  He has also attended a management development program conducted by the London Business School.

Timothy Grimsley

Tim Grimsley former Sr. Vice President of Global Business Development for Dura-Line Corporation, now serves as the Vice President of Business Development for Fluent US & Canada. Mr. Grimsley's career with Dura-Line Corporation began in 1995 as the Vice President of Business Development in the Latin American region and later took over the function of Engineering for Dura-Line supporting R&D Departments, in the U.S. and Czech Republic, as well as the Field Support group. In 2003 Mr. Grimsley accepted the position as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for U.S. & Canada. He developed our next generation of MicroTechnology products and built our Technical Field Support team in the U.S. In 2013, Mr. Grimsley accepted the position as Vice President, Global Business Development to focus more time on Dura-Line’s growing global business while continuing to interface with key accounts within the U.S. & Canada. As Dura-Line's global business continues to expand, Mr. Grimsley was promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Business Development in January 2015. Prior to Dura-Line, Mr. Grimsley spent 11 years and held various positions at NORTEL: Installation Manager, Engineering, Marketing and Sales Director, focusing on fiber optic cable and transmission systems in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to NORTEL, Mr. Grimsley worked for United Telephone. Mr. Grimsley has an Engineering Degree from ITI and the University of South Florida.
