MicroDucts LSZH

Dura-Line was the first to pioneer this technology and introduce it to the U.S. market. LSZH Conduit and MicroDucts, verified by the NRTL (Intertek) to ETL standards UL1685-4 and IEC 60754-1, exhibit excellent properties such as low-flame propagation, low-smoke generation, zero-halogen emissions, and excellent low-temperature mechanical properties. They are designed for use in applications where smoke, toxic fumes, and acidic gas pose a health risk and possible damage to electronic equipment. Examples include enclosed public areas and poorly ventilated areas such as tunnels, mass transit corridors, behind-the-wall, control rooms, and confined spaces.

We offer an extensive portfolio of US-made conduit products and accessories that conform with several domestic preference standards, including Buy America (BAA), Build America, Buy America (BABA), and DOT Buy American requirements. Any products including a locate wire or preinstalled cables, will need to be specifically evaluated. Fire Retardant Resins may also require additional evaluation to meet program guidelines. Gas Block Connectors provide a simple and effective gas seal between the MicroDuct and the fiber cable to prevent gas, water, or moisture from entering the duct. The connector creates a seal around the installed cable.

eABF cables are designed by AFL to offer the most rugged and reliable enterprise-based blown fiber solution in the market today. The cable design combines a light-weight, low-drag jacketing system that allows the cable to be blown long distances. The cable series also features additional attributes that set this product above and beyond traditional blown fiber cables. These enhanced features include mechanical strengthening that permits the cable to comply with industry-standard premise interconnect specifications. In addition, the eABF cable series feature flame-resistance characteristics which result in stand-alone riser and plenum rated options suitable for routing outside of the micro-duct system. Because of these mechanical, environmental and optical qualifications, eABF cables can also be installed in third-party, flame-rated duct and pathway systems.
