As part of our quest for continuous improvement, Dura-Line has undergone a self-evaluation about what is best about working here - we wanted to know what makes Dura-Line, Dura-Line from the employee's perspective.

Dura-Line launches new employee recruitment and retention program, "We Are Dura-Line," with the goal of being the type of company that employees actively choose to work for, even when they have other options for employment.

"We felt it was important to create an environment where people want to work and have long lasting careers," said Michael Hillard, Vice President of Human Resources US, Canada & LATAM.

The "We Are Dura-Line" employee recruitment and retention program was based upon the responses of our employees to the question: why do you like working at Dura-Line?

Employees had fun with the kick off of the program and the actual quotes from their co-workers was authentic and resonated with everyone.
